Last Monday, Riot Games surprised by announcing the addition of a new map to the rotation of VALORANT’s Team Clash mode. The debut of this exciting scenario is scheduled to take place during the conclusion of the Game Changers Championship 2023, a global tournament focused on inclusion.
The exciting conclusion of the tournament is scheduled for December 3rd, when the public will get their first glimpse of the new map. Interestingly, the developer chose to maintain the mystery, not revealing any additional clues about the characteristics of the scenario.
Currently, the game mode features three distinct maps: Praça, Distrito and Casbá. In this format, teams of five players each face each other in intense direct duels. Each match is divided into four timed phases, with no financial limitations, allowing players to choose their equipment at the start of the game or at any time on the respawn basis.
Game Innovators Championship 2023 The big reveal of the new map is reserved for the Game Changers Championship 2023 final. Teams representing Brazil, China, EMEA, Japan, Korea, East Asia, LATAM, North America and Southeast Asia (SEA) will compete at the prestigious CBLOL Arena, in São Paulo, throughout the week that runs from November 28th to December 3rd.
