Derke reminisced about the epic battle against LOUD during the Grand Final of VCT LOCK//IN 2023. The showdown, which spanned across five maps, witnessed an impressive victory for the Brazilian team with a score of 11-3. Derke admitted that his team struggled to adapt to the unique strategies and compositions of the Brazilians, leading them to feel uncomfortable and even panicked at certain moments.

Despite the losses, Derke emphasized that FNATIC was still at a high competitive level and that, if it weren’t for LOUD, they would have had a victorious performance against any other team. He credited LOUD’s success to their exceptional skill and challenging tactical compositions they presented.
