VCT Americas 2024: “Brazilian scene will suffer, this is just the first part,” says international caster

The LOUD team was defeated by FURIA in the VCT Americas 2024, resulting in their elimination from the tournament and consequently losing their chances to qualify for the Champions 2024. During the PlatChat show, international commentators discussed the situation of Saadhak’s roster.

Is it the end of an era for LOUD in VALORANT?

Commentator Slideshow spoke about LOUD’s moments of success, including their appearances in the Champions. However, he stated that the organization might be reaching the end of its cycle in the competitive VALORANT scene.

“I think we might be at the end of this era. We’re seeing the end of this version of Saadhak trying to lead LOUD, making adjustments to players and turning them into a high-level team. It seems they’ve hit their limit,” said Slideshow. He added that Saadhak is getting a lower level of collaborators and started the year trying to create a completely new system without a star duelist to build around.

Challenges faced by Brazilians in the franchises

In 2024, Brazilian teams faced significant difficulties regarding visas and Tier 2 player signings. Bren, another participant in the show, spoke about the adversities faced by Brazil compared to other regions.

“I don’t want to put all the blame on this, but teams in Turkey can still practice even if the best players are in Berlin. In the Pacific, everyone can play in Southeast or East Asia. The difference between South American and North American teams is ridiculous. They are in a bubble, in a vacuum,” explained Bren.

He also stated that this is an initial problem and that the Brazilian scene will still suffer from it, not developing properly because the best teams are in Los Angeles, not in Brazil.

“It’s a symptom of why players are being so recycled, like in FURIA and LOUD, where pANcada came back. They face fundamental problems in signing new players. I think the entire Brazilian scene will suffer, and this is the first part of it,” concluded Bren.

He emphasized that the region won’t develop as well without heavyweights like LOUD paving the way for other teams to learn and improve, mentioning that it is a problem resulting from the combined Americas format.

Absence of Brazilian teams in the Champions 2024

Brazilian VALORANT teams are out of the Champions 2024, the world championship that will take place in August, bringing together the best teams in the quest for the world’s best team trophy. This is the first time that no Brazilian team will participate in the championship.

NoPing for VALORANT

NoPing offers a range of significant benefits for VALORANT players, providing a smoother and more competitive gaming experience. One of the main advantages is the reduction of ping, which is crucial in first-person shooter games where every millisecond counts. With decreased latency, players achieve faster and more accurate reactions, increasing their chances of success in confrontations. Additionally, NoPing improves connection stability, minimizing lag and disconnections, which is essential for maintaining consistency during ranked matches or tournaments. Another important benefit is the optimization of data traffic, ensuring that information packets are sent and received as efficiently as possible, resulting in smoother gameplay. The NoPing interface is intuitive and easy to use, allowing even players with little technical experience to configure and enjoy its advantages. In summary, NoPing is a valuable tool for any VALORANT player looking to enhance their performance and enjoy a more competitive and enjoyable gaming experience.
