VALORANT: Chet Reveals Attempt to Recruit aspas for NRG

Last Monday (15th), NRG announced the departure of Chet and Victor from the team that competed in VCT Americas 2024. Following the announcement, Chet went live to clarify some rumors regarding players aspas and Saadhak.

During the livestream, Chet addressed the speculation about the leaked conversations between him and Saadhak. He also revealed that the organization tried to recruit aspas, but the player was almost committed to Leviatán.

“I sent a message to aspas. We exchanged a few messages with him and his agent, but the conversation didn’t go far because he was almost signed with LEV,” Chet explained.

Chet also mentioned that Saadhak was close to joining NRG, but the team decided to proceed with Demon1 and Ethan for the 2024 season.

“We all discussed it because the options were between Saadhak and N4rrate. The closest signing that didn’t happen was probably Saadhak and N4rrate. They even received the contract by email, but in the end, we didn’t close the deal,” Chet revealed.
