The transfer market in the competitive VALORANT scene is heating up, with significant changes expected to shake up the upcoming season. On Tuesday (10th), Olavo “heat” Marcelo, one of the top Brazilian players in the game, announced that he has been released by KRÜ Esports to negotiate with other teams, with an eye on the 2025 season.
The confirmation of the player’s departure from the Argentine organization came through a post on X (formerly Twitter). In his statement, heat mentioned that while he is permitted to entertain offers, he is still under contract with KRÜ Esports. This means that any team interested in acquiring the pro player will need to provide financial compensation to the Argentine organization, as he is not available as a free agent.
Heat had a relatively short stint with KRÜ Esports, defending the team for just over six months. He was signed to replace Nicolás “mta” González, who was sidelined due to injury, during the second split of the VCT Americas 2024. Despite the end of his time with KRÜ, heat remains a valuable asset in the market, drawing interest from multiple teams.
Meanwhile, KRÜ Esports has shown interest in bolstering its roster for the next season. One of the organization’s main targets is Matias “Saadhak” Delipetro, the former captain of LOUD. Rumors suggest that negotiations between the two teams are in the final stages, which could lead to one of the biggest moves in the VALORANT scene in the coming months.
With so many changes and expectations, player preparation for the 2025 season will be crucial. In this context, ensuring a high-quality connection is essential to avoid issues such as high ping, lag, and packet loss, which can compromise performance in critical matches. NoPing emerges as an efficient solution to optimize connections, reduce latency (ping), and boost FPS, while also mitigating jitter and disconnect problems. With NoPing, players like heat can focus on their performance, knowing their connection is stable and optimized, providing a superior gaming experience.
