VALORANT: Riot Games Bans Emulators and Peripherals on Mobile

Riot Games has taken strict action against players using emulators or peripherals to access the beta version of VALORANT Mobile in China. According to community reports, accounts using emulators to play the game on PCs or connecting peripherals like mice and keyboards to smartphones are being banned.

This decision aims to preserve competitive integrity by ensuring that all players use only native touchscreen controls on mobile devices. As the global launch of the game approaches, Riot has chosen Tencent’s Anti-Cheat Expert (ACE) system to combat cheating in VALORANT Mobile, instead of the Vanguard system used in the PC version.

The use of emulators and peripherals for competitive advantage has sparked discussions within the community, with some questioning the effectiveness of this approach. Despite the debates, Riot remains committed to providing a fair competitive environment for all players.

While there is no official release date for VALORANT Mobile, rumors suggest that open tests could begin later this year. However, it is unclear whether these tests will be limited to China or expanded to other regions.

For players looking to optimize their gaming experience in titles like VALORANT, issues such as high ping, latency, low FPS, lag, packet loss, jitter, and disconnects can be disruptive. NoPing offers effective solutions for all of these problems, ensuring smoother gameplay by reducing ping, improving connection stability, and enhancing overall performance for a more competitive and enjoyable experience.
