The first phase of qualification for the VALORANT Challengers Brasil 2024 (VCB) kicked off last Tuesday. In their quest for an opportunity to compete in the regional scene, the inclusive teams of Team Liquid and LOUD GC have secured their presence.
Both teams, representing the inclusive universe of VALORANT, have already confirmed their registration for the competition. The quest for qualification will unfold in two stages of open qualifications, culminating in a final phase where the top four teams will advance to the decisive stage in pursuit of the coveted spot in Challengers Brasil.
Team Liquid enters the competition with the lineup that secured the runner-up position in the Game Changers Championship 2023, featuring Paula “bstrdd” Naguil, Natália “daiki” Vilela, Vitoria “bizerra” Vieira, Letícia “joojina” Paiva, Isabeli “isaa” Esser, and André “palestra” Gomes as the coach.
As for LOUD GC, the full roster has not been disclosed at the time of this writing. However, it already includes Taynah “tayhuhu” Yukimi and Isaac “m4ndzin” Barreto.
Qualification Phases The first open qualifier takes place from January 16 to 18, followed by the second qualifier scheduled for January 20 to 22. The decisive phase, crucial for regional qualification, is set for January 26 to 28.
