Following an impressive performance in the closed qualifiers of the VALORANT Challengers Brasil (VCB) 2024, one of the most prestigious tournaments in the Brazilian eSports scene, the Tropa do Avanço team secured their spot in the main competition. CO-OP, a renowned organization in the world of electronic sports, officially announced the signing of the lineup on Tuesday (6) via their official social media channels.
During the closed qualifying phase, Tropa do Avanço demonstrated exceptional performance, clinching the top spot in the tournament and thus ensuring their participation in the main event. The team’s prowess was evident in every match, with the notable participation of renowned former player Alexandre “xand” Zizi.
Following the qualification, xand chose to focus on his career as a content creator, stepping away from competitive play and making room for João “fame” Moraes to join the team. Additionally, CO-OP bolstered their roster with the acquisition of experienced coach Giovanni “panique” Iulio, who has previously worked with renowned teams such as Legacy and Fake Natty.
