Sentinels Greenlights pANcada to Explore New Opportunities in Valorant

Following his notable absence from the Valorant Champions Tour (VCT) Americas KICK//OFF, Bryan “pANcada” Luna has been given the green light by Sentinels to seek out new team opportunities. To streamline the process, the organization has opted to waive the player’s contract buyout clause.

The official announcement came this Thursday (7th) via Sentinels’ social media platforms, where they stated: “Competitive update: we have granted @pANcada the opportunity to explore a new team without transfer fees. We recognize his talent as a player and teammate, and believe he deserves the chance to shine with another VCT team. We are committed to supporting him in this transition.”

pANcada, a prominent figure in the Brazilian competitive scene since the early days of Valorant, has built a solid reputation over the years, competing for teams like LOUD and Stars Horizon. His achievements include world championship wins in 2022 and other high-level titles throughout his career.

Though he has spent the past two years competing in the North American scene for Sentinels, participating in events like LOCK//IN São Paulo and the Americas League, his departure from the current team puts him in a position of uncertainty, especially considering the impending VCT Masters Madrid 2024, scheduled to begin on March 14th.

On his social media, Bryan expressed his surprise at the news, revealing that he was informed of the decision through the public statement, much like the fans. He briefly mentioned health concerns as a reason for remaining as a substitute for the team.

With his future in Valorant now up in the air, fans eagerly await to see where pANcada will go next and how he will continue to shape the competitive landscape of Riot Games’ game.
