On Saturday (10th), KRÜ Blaze Esports, led by Beatriz “Bebesita” Hornes and Juliana “showliana” Maransaldi, shone in the VALORANT Champions Tour (VCT) Game Changers 2024 LATAM Kickoff, marking a victorious start for the team.
Showliana, recently added to the Argentinean team, made her debut in grand style in this championship, significantly contributing to the team’s victory.
In the final, facing off against the Brazilian team 9z Team, led by Bárbara “BabZ” Moniz, the matchup promised excitement. The Best-of-3 series was intense, but KRÜ Blaze emerged victorious, securing a 2-0 victory on the Sunset (13-2) and Lotus (13-9) maps.
With this triumph, KRÜ Blaze secured a prize of $1,339.31, equivalent to approximately R$6,600, considering the current exchange rate. Additionally, Showliana’s debut in the 2024 season marked her third participation in VALORANT regions, now competing in South Latin America (LAS).
