According to the report released by Esports Charts on its official platform, the Masters Madrid 2024 now holds the title of the most-watched championship in VALORANT history since its launch in 2020.
Additionally, an impressive peak of 1.6 million viewers was recorded during the final showdown between Sentinels and Gen.G, which culminated in the victory of the team led by Brazilian Gustavo “Sacy” Rossi last Sunday (24), marking a historic milestone as the most-watched match of Riot Games’ First Person Shooter (FPS). The average viewership throughout the championship was around 671 thousand spectators.
This 2024 edition of the Masters surpassed the numbers achieved by the VALORANT Champions 2022, especially during the Grand Final between LOUD and OpTic Gaming, which recorded over 1.5 million simultaneous viewers.
